Katowice Shopping Mall was built together with the modernisation of the Railway Station and the Bus Station in Katowice.

Together they are one complex. The general contractor of the investment was Strabag Ltd. The Mall was opened in September  2013.

During the construction BUDOKOP Ltd was monitoring the resistance of the diaphragm walls and after the construction was finished it installed the water pressure measurement system under the foundations.
