Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Who will be the Administrator of your personal data?

What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data? In connection with the processing of your personal data by Budokop, you have the following rights:

  2. Right to object to processing
  3. The right to transfer personal data
  4. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if you have previously given such consent
  5. The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body in relation to the processing of your personal data by us.

All applications received will be treated with particular attention and processed in the shortest possible time. In the case of some reports (of a complicated nature or regarding the processing of data subject to specific legal regulations), the implementation time may be extended, however, in any case, within one month you will be informed about the actions we have taken to process the report. By providing you with an answer and to make sure that we process your application properly, we reserve the right to verify your identity.

How do we protect data and who do we entrust and share it with?

Budokop makes every effort to ensure that personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law and that they are protected against loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access or misuse. We guarantee the confidentiality of all data provided to us by taking effective security and data protection measures.

We provide your personal data to authorized state bodies if they contact us in relation to their tasks. These may include, in particular, organizational units of the prosecutor’s office, the Police, the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (in the future the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.


Data regarding the newsletter list is stored on our web server (nickname and / or name and email address).

How long do we store your personal data?

We guarantee that your personal data will not be processed for a longer period than required by law or provided for in our internal regulations. The criteria for determining the data processing time for specific purposes are described further in the Privacy Policy.

What data do we process, for what purpose, for what time and on what legal basis?


Creating statistics of using Budokop websites.

We monitor the quality of our services because we want it to be the best. For this purpose, we collect statistics on the use of individual functions and websites as well as mobile applications belonging to Budokop using:

  • internal analytical tools,
  • statistical tools provided by partners providing analytical services.

To achieve this goal, we process data on your activity on our pages (e.g. pages and subpages you visit, amount of time spent on the site, your IP address, location, device ID and data on the browser and operating system you use). The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest, consisting in making it easier for users to use the services provided by us electronically and improving the functionality of these services.

We use so-called websites. cookies. Cookies are IT data that are stored on users’ end devices (computers, telephones, tablets), intended for the use of websites. These files usually contain the names of the websites from which they come, information about the time of their storage on the final device and a unique number used to identify the browser from which the connection to the website takes place.

Cookies allow us, among others to ensure the proper functioning of our pages and services, improve the speed and security of using the pages, improve the functions you use, use marketing tools and the comment system. At any time you have the option of limiting or completely deactivating cookies in your browser settings, which may however, lead to the limitation of some functions of Budokop websites and websites.

The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
